1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of any online course, module, or content (collectively, the “Course”) provided by Branchworks Consulting Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By enrolling in a Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not access or use the Course.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be 18 or older (or have permission from a parent/guardian).
  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information when registering.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.
3. Purchase, Payment & Access
  • Full payment must be made upfront via credit/debit card before access is granted.
  • All prices are in GBP (£) or USD ($) and include relevant taxes, unless otherwise stated.
  • Users in the UK must purchase using GBP (£).
  • Access is granted immediately after purchase.
  • You confirm and agree to waive your 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations by ticking the waiver box at checkout.

No refunds will be issued once access to the Course has begun.

4. Licence & Use

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and view the Course materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

  • Share, resell, gift, or sublicense access.
  • Allow anyone else to use your login details.
  • Record, download, screenshot, or distribute any content.
  • Reproduce, adapt, or modify course materials.
  • Upload course materials elsewhere, in any format.

Any such conduct will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content - including videos, text, slides, branding, templates, and supporting assets - remains the exclusive property of Branchworks Consulting Ltd or its licensors.

You do not acquire any ownership rights by accessing the Course.

You must not:

  • Use any part of the content for commercial purposes.
  • Share or display content publicly or privately.
  • Use our branding, logo, or assets without written consent.
6. Platform Restrictions

You agree to access the Course via our designated learning platform only. The platform may use technology to disable downloading, recording, screenshotting, or copying. Attempting to bypass such protections is a violation of these Terms.

7. Behaviour & Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share login details or allow unauthorised access.
  • Attempt to duplicate or disseminate any course material.
  • Harass, threaten, or disrupt other users or Branchworks staff.
  • Upload or introduce any harmful code or malware.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently revoke your access at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

8. Privacy

We collect and process your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you consent to us using your data to provide course access, support, and related communications.

9. Course Changes & Availability

We may update or remove parts of the Course without notice. We aim to provide consistent access but are not liable for interruptions caused by maintenance, technical issues, or external factors.

10. No Guarantee of Results

Courses are designed for educational purposes only. While we aim to provide high-quality content, we do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or business success.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • We are not responsible for your application or interpretation of course content.
12. Termination

We may terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms. You may also cancel your account by notifying us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

13. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Course after changes are posted constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
